The time has come for comic book fans to rejoice. Marvel will be releasing 3 new movies this year, one of them being the anticipated Thor: Ragnarok. Chris Hemsworth is back as the mighty god of thunder (and with a new haircut!) for his third solo film.

Thor’s home planet, Asgard, is under attack by the powerful Hela. In order to save Asgardian culture and civilization, Thor must first survive a gladiatorial fight against a fellow Avenger. But, there’s a catch; he doesn’t have his trusty hammer.

The new teaser trailer was released on April 10th. The trailer suggests that the film is taking a whole new direction not seen in the earlier Thor films. The logo even changed; showing off a retro ’80s flair. The teaser even shows the triumphant return of the Incredible Hulk who hasn’t been seen since his departure in 2015’s Avengers: Age of Ultron. Also returning is Thor’s mischievous brother, Loki.

The film hits theaters on November 3, 2017 and stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, Mark Ruffalo and Anthony Hopkins.
