Recently, a kitchen fire at a Fraser condominium complex left at least eight occupants without homes. Current Fraser ninth grade students David and Matthew Hannah were one of the families who lost their home. Though all of the family members are okay, they lost their two pets and most of their personal belongings.

To help the family, a friend of the Hannah family setup a GoFundMe account in their name to donate proceeds to the purchasing of lost or damaged items. The Fraser family has also jumped to pitch in: all smoothie sales Wednesday (April 1) and Thursday (April 2) are being donated; Fraser Band Boosters collected donations at their concerts.
