On January 10th Fraser High School hosted its annual gymnastics invitational. Fraser along with seven other teams competed against each other in vault, bars, beam, and floor exercises.

Fraser came in eighth place with the score of 108. However, Grosse Pointe took first place with the score of 140.

Sophomore captain, Mikayla Winbigler said the team had a great performance on Saturday.

“We may not have taken first but we all worked very hard and have improved a lot since our first meet in December. We plan to keep working and do better every time we compete,” Winbigler said.

Fraser has an away game against Edsel Ford on Wednesday.
