This upcoming spring break will result in the complete closure of Garfield stretching from Klein to 15 mile. Their goal is to replace the culverts at the Harrington Drain, across from the entrances to Richards Middle School and Fraser High School. The road will close at approximately 4:30 pm after all schools are let out for break on Friday, March 21th.
People with extracurriculars, like sports, over break should be aware of the construction and plan accordingly to get to the school. The only available entrances to FHS, RMS, and the administration building will be through the Klein entrances.
Garfield’s closure will be for all of next week, but should reopen in time for school to start back after break on the 31st.
