Fraser High School’s Varsity, Concert, and Symphony bands all earned top honors at the Michigan School Band & Orchestra Association District 16 Band Festival on March 6-7 at Stevenson High School.
The Symphony Band received a Superior rating with straight First Division scores in performance and Sight Reading. The Varsity and Concert Bands also earned Superior ratings, with the Varsity Band securing a First Division in performance and a Second Division in Sight Reading, while the Concert Band achieved First Division in both categories.
Special thanks to Mrs. Fiedler, Mr. Rodgers, and Mr. Santamaria for all of their hard work, and congratulations to all members of the band who performed during the competition.
