Fraser High School recently participated in the Dorsey College Culinary American Culinary Federation (ACF) Competition – Cook Like You Mean It Classic XIV.
This two-day event featured nearly 20 Certified ACF Judges, including Master Chefs and members of the International Competition Team USA, alongside 200 chefs from diverse backgrounds.
The school proudly sent eight competitors to showcase their culinary and baking skills in an intense one-hour challenge at one of the three visual kitchens.
