New schedule, new students and a need for new teachers. With a schedule that adjusted from last year FHS needed to hire some new staff. This year they hired Ms. Eisenhauer for an ELA teacher job. This will be her first full year teaching.
Ms. Eisenhauer has been teaching for only a half of year.
“So, this is my first year teaching high school, last year I taught a little bit at a middle school so my first experience was working with eighth graders in English,” said Ms. Eisenhauer ELA teacher at FHS.
She has only been teaching for a short time and was a teachers aid.
Ms. Eisenhauer has been a ELA teacher since she graduated from the teaching program at a teaching program. She started as a teaching aid like many teachers. After being a teaching aid, she moved to Fraser to be a teacher there.
Many students have said that she likes how she handles class and believes she is a nice teacher.
“I like how she manages her class and how she handles situations after the class gets loud,” Madeleine Beaver Student at FHS
Ms. Eisenhauer decided to come to Fraser because she liked what their goal was.
“…I really liked what Fraser was doing and because one of the things I said before is introduce more novels and the other teachers here have the same goal,” said Eisenhauer on why she wanted to come to Fraser.
She was passionate about making the ELA curriculum more fun and give it more character due to more books.
Many students have really enjoyed the stuff she does

Ms. Eisenhauer has been an impactful teacher already even though she has only been teaching for about half a year. She has been a very nice and respectful teachers and helps her students when they need it. Fraser made a very good choice in hiring her as a new ELA teacher.
