In order to celebrate the work and effort of Fraser teachers, the administration introduced years-of-service coins during teacher development before the school year started. These coins represent the amount of years each teacher has dedicated to the Fraser community. Every teacher was given a coin with the Rambler logo on one side and “Tradition Starts Here” on the opposite side of coin. Some teachers also received their 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service coins. Teachers who have worked in the Fraser schools for over 30 years got a special shoutout. Those teachers are as followed:
Kim Albrecht, Mark Twain Elementary, 32 Years
Lynne Bucciarelli, Fraser High School, 48 Years
Sheila Cancel, Mark Twain Elementary, 34 years
Miriam Catenacci, Fraser High School, 30 Years
Dave Czanstke, Operations and Maintenance, 54 Years
Kelly Gutc, Salk Elementary, 37 Years
Dan Hogan, Fraser High School, 36 Years
Amy Laidlaw, Eisenhower Elementary, 33 Years
Karen Lentine, Edison Elementary, 32 Years
Beth Marchioni, Richards Middle School, 35 Years
Richard Reid, Operations and Maintenance, 37 years
Frank Rubino, Operations and Maintenance, 38 Years
Dan Scott, Operations and Maintenance, 34 years
These coins are to help represent the hard work and dedication Fraser teachers have given to the students and the schools. All teachers and staff bring something special to help the community and the coins are just one token of everybody’s appreciation.
